I'm Julie, a normal(ish) woman living in Charlotte, NC. I recently left my corporate job as a professional fundraiser. I parent three young girls with a high-energy husband who is quite literally in love with life. Like most families, we've got A LOT going on. Our food needs to be tasty, filling, and easy to make.
